Police executed a search warrant on Sept. 10, 2026, at a home in the 100 block of Covington Rise N.E.
Among the items seized were a Glock 17 handgun, a .22-calibre revolver, a 3D-printed Glock 18 handgun, a 3D printer, a 3D-printed magazine, a 3D-printed silencer and a replica BB gun.
Police say the three accused were also found to be in violation of release orders, with one man wanted on outstanding warrants.
Robert Cvitanovic, 55, is scheduled to appear in court today, Sept. 25.
John Wayne Kirby, 44, is scheduled to appear Oct. 5, while Travis Ricky Cameron Robillard-Ball, 35, was scheduled to appear Sept. 24.
